  • The Sock You Now Need

This post is courtesy of Austin Baker, @ABakerPresident My Soxy Feet: The Sock You Now Need A sock is a sock, just as a shoe is a shoe. But we all can admit that we are picky and selective when it comes down to which shoes feel right. Today, the sock that we buy also has to have the ‘right feel’. And My Soxy Feet has taken the challenge with both feet by creating a sock that pleases any foot. • Ironman Kona Race Report 2014

Courtesy of Brand Ambassador Brenda Bettencourt View her blog at: http://ironmanlaketahoe.blogspot.com/ Normally my coach gives me a detailed race plan with pace, heart rate and wattage targets, information on how it should feel in each segment of the race along with instructions on how much to eat and drink. • A Soxy Start

Making a big life change is pretty scary, but NOT making a life change and living with regret is scarier. I'm sure many of you who run or walk can relate to those peaceful moments when you talk to yourself and solve all your problems. It was during a run in 2011 that I decided it was time to start living a more purposeful life, to live with no regret and set an example for my four kids. Perhaps I could inspire others that's it's never too late to make ANY change, whether it be your personal circumstances, bad...
